//#thriftstylethursday// Sweater Weather

Happy Thrift Style Thursday! What thrifted items did you wear today?

This week's theme of 'Sweater Weather' couldn't have been more timely. Beth, who chose this week's theme, knew what she was doing. Today was a perfect day for pulling out my warmest, coziest, thriftiest sweater to cuddle up in after walking the 1.2 miles to pick my son up from school, the 30 minutes spent watching him slide on the frozen pond with his buddies, and the 1.2 miles walk home. (Yes, that .2 miles is totally important!) At least it was sunny, and watching him was heartwarming if not toe warming ;).

This sweater is a cotton and cashmere blend...uber cozy. It's fitted, yet long, and when I wear it open, it hangs well without adding tons of extra bulk to my body. I paired it with a clearance rack tank with lace along the hem and on the back, and a pair of thrifted skinny jeans.

The sweater was my Valentine's day refashion that I did last year: check it out here! Wonder what refashion I should do for a fun Valentine's DIY this year...

Hot tea? Hot chocolate? Hot coffee? As long as its hot! Oh, and the mug is thrifted, of course.

//  J. Crew cardigan, thrifted $2.50 // Anthropologie tank, $7.50 // Level 99 skinny jeans, thrifted $4 //

Now, go check out all the other ladies' posts, cause there a ton of cute thrifted sweaters to be had! Oh, and we've had some additions to our group, so make sure to check out the newbies as well!

Don't forget to drop me a line :)
Peace,
Andrea
